We are looking for Legal Cashiers
Successful candidates will join a busy Home Based Team and be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Law Society Accounts Rules & SRA Rules. Previous experience of working in a Legal Cashroom is desired as is the ability to work independently.
You should be confident, organised, have strong communication skills and have the ability to cope under pressure with a high volume of transactions. The roles may be suited to individuals at the beginning of their career and looking to gain further experience in cashiering work with the desire to work towards a SOLAS qualification or an experienced Cashier looking for a new challenge.

You will undertake the following tasks
Posting Client & Office account transactions to Practice Management Systems.
Assist with Daily bank reconciliations.
Bank payments (BACS & CHAPS) and transfers between accounts.
Payment of professional disbursements in line with Accounts Rules.
Develop knowledge of Law Society Accounts Rules.
Assisting with month-end processes.
Liaising with fee earners & support staff.
Ad-hoc duties as required.
